He is commemorated in our lovely village church, where he was christened, and which you have a view of from the window of Jamestown Cottage.
The Village is on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds with some spectacular scenery just a short distance away, walking and cycling routes start directly from Jamestown, the Coast with its beautiful golden sandy beaches are a short drive, and the wonderful market towns on the Wolds which still hold their market days, with their unique shops, tea rooms and old world inns, which are not to be missed.
Cadwell Park is only 15 miles away for those motor bike enthusiast
We also have availability at Jamestown Chalet which is situated in the sea-side town of Mablethorpe.
